We are seeking a highly experienced and capable

CEO

to lead the entire operations of a growing

Biofuel and Diesel Manufacturing company.

This role reports directly to the shareholder and holds full responsibility for overseeing all departments, managing profitability, driving growth, and ensuring the company operates with efficiency, compliance, and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall Company Management:

Lead all business units including production, supply chain, sales, finance, and HR. Ensure smooth and cost-effective operations from raw material sourcing to fuel production and delivery. Make executive decisions on behalf of the company to ensure sustainable growth.

2. Direct Reporting to Shareholder:

Provide regular reports, insights, and updates to the shareholder. Align company strategy and performance with the shareholder's vision and goals. Act as the key decision-maker on behalf of the ownership.

3. Technical & Operational Oversight:

Oversee the biofuel and diesel manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality output and safe operations. Resolve complex technical challenges in production and maintenance. Implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.

4. Financial Accountability:

Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning. Control operational costs, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability. Approve major expenditures and investments.

5. Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure all operations meet environmental, health, and safety regulations. Oversee licensing, audits, and risk mitigation strategies.

6. Team Leadership:

Build and manage a capable executive and technical team. Promote a strong performance culture with a focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

7. Business Development:

Identify new opportunities for partnerships, expansion, and innovation in the energy sector. Represent the company with clients, vendors, regulators, and industry partners.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in biofuel, diesel, or petroleum manufacturing. Strong technical understanding of fuel production and plant operations. Proven track record of running a full business with direct accountability to ownership or a board. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Strong financial acumen, leadership ability, and operational mindset. UAE experience preferred.
