Qatari business man is seeking to appoint a visionary
Arab Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive sustainable growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's overall strategy to achieve short- and long-term goals.
Lead and inspire teams while fostering a high-performance and innovative work environment.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
Represent the company with government entities, media, and investors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, including at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Solid understanding of financial management and resource allocation.
Proficiency in both English.
