Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Supervises: School Principals, Directors, Senior Administrative Staff
Job Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational effectiveness of the school. This includes ensuring educational excellence, financial sustainability, and institutional growth. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, school leadership, faculty, and community stakeholders to fulfill the school's mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the school's long-term strategic plan in alignment with its mission, values, and educational philosophy.
Lead organizational change and innovation in curriculum, pedagogy, and school culture.
Represent the school to external stakeholders, including government bodies, accreditation agencies, donors, and the broader community.
Academic Oversight
Ensure academic standards and outcomes meet or exceed national and international benchmarks.
Support and guide school principals in curriculum development, teacher evaluation, and student performance.
Promote continuous professional development among educators and staff.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations, including facilities, technology, compliance, and risk management.
Ensure the school meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
Financial Stewardship
Develop and manage the school's budget to ensure fiscal health.
Lead fundraising, grant acquisition, and donor engagement initiatives.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective practices.
Human Resources Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing executive team.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven workplace culture.
Oversee recruitment, retention, and development of staff and faculty.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, community members, and partners.
Act as the public face of the school at events, conferences, and in media engagements.
Communicate transparently with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in both education and organizational management (preferably with UAE experience).
Proven ability to lead complex organizations and manage diverse teams.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and fundraising.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Deep understanding of educational standards, regulations, and best practices.
