JOB SUMMARY:

, is seeking an experienced

Chief Accountant

to lead the accounting and finance function.

This is a

senior-level finance leadership role

requiring strong command over accounting operations, cost controls, and reporting frameworks within a

signage manufacturing

signage, digital signage, and outdoor advertising

sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and performance reports. Oversee

financial reporting

,

budgeting

,

forecasting

, and

cash flow

management

, ensuring strict

compliance

with industry standards and regulatory frameworks Monitor

project-based costing

, including

budgeting

and

financial tracking

of signage production, installations and LED digital screens.

Analyze revenue streams

from media placements, rental spaces, and advertising campaigns; identify

cost optimization

opportunities. Oversee

budget forecasting

, variance analysis, and operational KPIs relevant to advertising cycles and installation timelines. Ensure compliance with

IFRS

, UAE corporate tax laws, and internal policies. Maintain robust

internal controls

, asset protection procedures, and reporting systems. Provide financial insights for

contract bidding

,

media buying

,

site acquisition

, and

equipment leasing

. Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, and legal teams on campaign budgeting and cost-sharing models.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualified / finalist or relevant qualifications.

Experience:

5 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in

signage manufacturing, and outdoor media advertising

based industry. Prior experience in managing finance functions for

media installations, digital display advertising, or project-based advertising businesses

is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong expertise in

project accounting, cash flow management

, and cost control. Proficient in ERP and financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Advanced Excel skills with data modeling and analysis capabilities.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Proven leadership abilities within high-performing finance teams. Strategic, analytical, and hands-on with the ability to partner effectively with commercial and operations teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross-border collaboration.
