Our renowned establishment is looking for experienced
CHEF-SOUTH INDIAN CUISINE
to join our dynamic team immediately.Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and quality Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal or festive menus
Requirements:
Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a restaurant Valid QID with NOC. Good communication, Proficiency in South Indian Languages is a plus. Strong knowledge of regional ingredients, spices, and cooking methods Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and manage multiple orders Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Culinary certification is a plus but not mandatory
