Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook

Handle dosa batter preparation, fermentation, and consistency.
Prepare chutneys, sambar, and breakfast items with authentic taste.
Follow recipes strictly to maintain quality and standardization.
Maintain daily mis-en-place and assist with production for buffets and catering.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety within the workstation.
Monitor inventory levels and inform seniors for replenishment.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Assist in preparation for large-scale catering orders when required.
Requirements
