We are looking for a Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This is an urgent position and candidates with biometric passports are preferred. No prior experience is required. Malayalees are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via chat channels, responding to customer queries and inquiries in a timely manner, and resolving customer issues promptly and accurately. He/she should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills as well as strong attention to detail.
