. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data related to shipments, customer details, and other operational records.
This position requires working during
USA business hours
to coordinate with our overseas team.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into company systems and spreadsheets.
Maintain and update shipping information.
Verify data accuracy and correct errors before final submission.
Coordinate with the USA operations team via email and chat for updates.
Generate daily and weekly reports as required.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive company data.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma.
Language:
Excellent command of
written and spoken English
.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email, Google Sheets).
Previous experience in
data entry or back-office operations
preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be punctual, organized, and reliable.

3:30 PM - 2:30 AM (1-hour break)

Saturday & Sunday off (Saturday half-day if required)
