to join our Interior Fit-Out company in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong financial management skills, excellent knowledge of project-based accounting, and prior experience in the fit-out or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
Handle project-based accounting, including cost allocation, WIP reports, and revenue recognition.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing.
Oversee cash flow, financial planning, and budgeting for multiple projects.
Evaluate project costs, variations, procurement expenses, and profitability.
Ensure proper VAT calculation, filing, and compliance with UAE FTA requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, project managers, and external auditors.
Conduct internal audits and implement strong internal controls.
Support management with financial analysis, forecasts, and decision-making.
Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and financial records for fit-out projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be a
Chartered Accountant (CA)
or equivalent professional certification.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
Freshers may apply, but candidates with UAE or industry experience will be preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (SAP, Tally, Odoo, or similar).
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, audit procedures, and IFRS standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ongoing projects.
