Job Summary:

We are looking an experienced

Chartered Accountant

to lead and manage the accounting and taxation function of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

UAE accounting standards VAT regulations and compliance

along with proven leadership capabilities to manage a team of accountants and CAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting Ensure full compliance with

UAE VAT laws corporate tax regulations and statutory requirements

Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Manage VAT filing reconciliation audits and correspondence with tax authorities Lead mentor and supervise a team of

2-5 accountants and CAs

Implement and improve accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures Coordinate with external auditors consultants and regulatory authorities Support management with financial analysis budgeting forecasting and reporting Ensure timely closing of accounts and accuracy of financial data Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in accounting and taxation Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT Corporate Tax and compliance frameworks

Proven

team leadership and people management

experience Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
