Role Summary
IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Bell Attendant to join the team at Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. As part of the front-of-house team, you will play a key role in creating memorable stays for guests visiting one of Dubai's most vibrant districts.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing professional and friendly assistance
• Handle luggage with care and escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel features and amenities
• Assist with valet parking services as required
• Maintain close coordination with the Front Desk team to ensure seamless guest service
• Offer guests information on hotel services, dining options, and local attractions when requested
• Support guest needs throughout their stay with courtesy and efficiency
• Represent the hotel brand by maintaining high grooming and service standards

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a similar bell attendant, concierge, or front-of-house role is required
• Strong customer service skills with excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Outgoing personality with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to manage guest needs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
