Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities in the ACU.
Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative teams.
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently.
Requirements:
Valid nursing license in home country
Proven experience in acute care or critical care nursing.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
5 years' Experience as Charge nurse
