Job Title: Business Development Executive/Channel Sales Manager Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding mortgage brokerage companies in UAE. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales skills, have a proven track record of sales success, and be able to work independently. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and onboard Real Estate brokerage companies in the UAE. \xc2\xb7 Research potential clients and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and pain points. \xc2\xb7 Engage with potential clients through cold calling, email, and in-person meetings. \xc2\xb7 Present and pitch the company\'s services to potential clients and negotiate deals. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients. \xc2\xb7 Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. \xc2\xb7 Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies as needed. Qualifications: \xc2\xa7 Bachelor\'s degree or High School diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field. \xc2\xa7 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales. \xc2\xa7 Proven track record of sales success and exceeding sales targets. \xc2\xa7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xa7 Strong negotiation and presentation skills. \xc2\xa7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xa7 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
