Job Title: Change Manager Our client: A leading conglomerate in UAE Job Purpose: The Business Change Manager is responsible, on behalf of the Programme Sponsors, for defining the programme and individual project benefits, assessing progress towards realisation and achieving measured improvements in business operations. The Business Change Manager will manage the OCM partner and enable their success. Essential roles & responsibilities: Strategic roles & responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support communication efforts \xe2\x80\xa2 Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess the change impact \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support training efforts \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance \xe2\x80\xa2 Consult and coach project teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Create actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Support and engage senior leaders People management roles & responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Coach people managers and supervisors \xe2\x80\xa2 Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate efforts with other specialists \xe2\x80\xa2 Integrate change management activities into the project plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate and ensure user readiness \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and report issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress \xe2\x80\xa2 Support change management at the organizational level \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the change portfolio

Requirements
Job requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree Business or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Years of experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 10 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years of relevant experience as Change Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in managing projects in SAP S/4HANA transformation in the retail / finance industry is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Stakeholder management experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must exhibit strong analytical skills to effectively implement change programs. As a change manager, you gather data and analyze it to identify trends and patterns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be available to join within 30 days notice maximum
