Change Management Consultant - Global Standardization Program

We are hiring a

Change Management Consultant

to lead and support a

global standardization initiative

for a multinational conglomerate. This program is being driven for a large

European client

, focused on harmonizing business operations across regions and functions.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong change acumen, proactive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive scalable enablement strategies in complex, multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Impact Assessment (CIA):

Analyze and assess business process, role, and policy changes stemming from standardization efforts across functional domains.

Dependency Mapping:

Identify cross-functional and inter-regional change dependencies to orchestrate timing, readiness, and risk mitigation.

Stakeholder Communication & Engagement:

Drive targeted messaging, change narratives, leadership alignment, and continuous engagement to foster adoption and reduce resistance.

Training & Enablement Execution:

Design end-user learning paths, localized enablement kits, and change readiness interventions tailored to regional contexts.

Adoption Analytics & Change KPIs:

Track engagement levels, change milestones, and adoption metrics to inform executive reporting and adjust interventions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3

years

of experience in

organizational change management

, preferably in global transformation or shared services programs. Demonstrated ability to work in

cross-cultural environments

, especially with European stakeholders and multinational setups.

High level of English fluency

- both written and verbal - essential for stakeholder communications, enablement content, and leadership interactions. Strong

communication and engagement skills

, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence diverse stakeholder groups. Familiar with structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:
