IT Change Management Specialist - Dubai, UAE (Emiratization Only)
Position Overview
IT Change Management Specialist - Dubai, UAE will manage the full lifecycle of IT change requests, from submission to completion and closure. The role ensures changes are implemented with minimal disruption, aligned with business needs, and compliant with IT policies and standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, risk analysis, post-implementation reviews, and supporting adoption of change management processes across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage IT change requests from initiation through implementation and closure
• Oversee CAB meetings and review all proposed changes for compliance with standards
• Ensure changes are executed within timelines, with minimal risk and no service disruption
• Conduct risk analysis for new and modified services and align deployment schedules with business requirements
• Publish and maintain a forward schedule of change and downtime calendar across regions
• Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and identify process improvements
• Support training and adoption of change management tools and processes within IT teams
• Collaborate with project managers and internal IT teams to ensure successful delivery into the live environment
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and internal controls

Ideal Profile

• UAE National with a degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL, ISO 20000)
• 1 year of experience in change management is an advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for supporting IT teams and end users
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments
• Ability to balance risk, compliance, and operational efficiency in IT environments
