Job Description

1. Maintaining smooth and efficient operations of a centre.

2. Creating an environment that promotes team work and Maintaining discipline

3. Ensure customer satisfaction by quick processing and addressing grievences.

4. Gives assistance to staff to maximize productivity and reduction of non-productive time.

5. Creation and maintenance of records.

6. Creating maintaining and sharing the performance reports with Management/staffs.

7. Ensuring inventory and requirements for smooth operations.

8. Roistering staff and proper manning of staffs for Cs.

9. Updates on self and staff on the BLS/Consulate/Embassy updates.

10. Day end cash closing and reports

11. Training on CS, product and process.

12. To be the first level escalation for the customer and employee grievances.

Education and Experience Requirements:



Bachelor's in any discipline. At least 5 years of working in customer service, a supervisory role, in a call center or operations preferably in BPO's. Experience with coaching, training, and motivating employees is required Working experience of managing a team Working experience of achieving sales/targets
