Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Clinic / Wellness Center Supervisor

to lead our front-line operations at

Sunny Wellness and Medical Center

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client services, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standard of professionalism across the clinic. Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred due to our client demographic.

This role is key to delivering an exceptional wellness experience for our clients and ensuring seamless coordination among the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise reception and client service staff to ensure exceptional client experiences Manage appointment scheduling and workflow coordination with medical and wellness professionals Train, support, and evaluate front-desk staff to maintain service standards Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Monitor client feedback and implement improvements in service delivery Oversee front-office administrative duties including reports, records, and supply monitoring Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and service procedures Collaborate with management to develop wellness packages, service flow, and team goals

Qualifications:

Minimum 4

years

of experience in a supervisory or client coordination role within a healthcare, wellness, or spa environment Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Fluent in Arabic and English

(both written and spoken) Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficient in clinic or spa management systems (e.g., Zenoti, MindBody, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:

Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays On-site, client-facing environment with a focus on hospitality and wellness Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
