Prepare and execute pastries, desserts, baked goods, and specialty items.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products.
Create, test, and develop new recipes for specials and menu improvements.
Oversee daily pastry station operations and maintain proper mise-en-place.
Supervise, guide, and train junior pastry staff.
Ensure all storage areas, baking equipment, and tools are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
Monitor inventory, perform stock rotation (FIFO), and report shortages or required orders.
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in the pastry section.
Requirements
3-5 years of pastry/kitchen experience
(UAE experience mandatory).
Strong knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, and food safety.
Willing to work in
any Nolu's branch within UAE
.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
