We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving catering sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of catered events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong sales acumen, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming catering inquiries and provide timely, professional responses. Meet with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budgets. Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize bookings. Coordinate with culinary and service teams to plan menus and event logistics. Oversee event execution, including setup, service, and breakdown. Conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client communications. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow revenue. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on food trends, dietary requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in catering sales, hospitality, or event coordination (2+ years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of food and beverage operations and event planning logistics.
