Job Overview
As Sales Coordinator, you'll provide administrative and sales support to the Sales & Marketing team, from preparing contracts and proposals to managing guest inquiries and client communications. This role plays a vital part in maximizing revenue and ensuring that every guest and client touchpoint reflects the Ritz-Carlton's legendary service standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative duties including document preparation, filing, and email correspondence
• Prepare and process sales documents such as proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, etc.
• Coordinate with clients via phone and email to answer questions and fulfill requests
• Manage promotional materials, sales kits, and property brochures
• Ensure data entry accuracy in sales tracking and commission systems
• Promote the Ritz-Carlton brand image internally and externally
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, rates, and promotional offers
• Support internal communication between departments for smooth event and booking execution
• Comply with all brand standards in appearance, communication, and behavior

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma in business, marketing, or hospitality is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales, admin, or customer service role in hospitality or luxury services
• Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with hotel sales systems and CRM tools is preferred
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain discretion with sensitive information
