Job Description
Lead and supervise day-to-day catering operations
Oversee daily food preparation and service in school canteens or cafeterias.
Ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines and accommodate dietary restrictions (allergies, religious considerations, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in all kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure full compliance with UAE municipal and food safety authority regulations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and client service orientation.
Knowledge of UAE food safety standards and certifications (e.g., HACCP).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
