What You'll Do

• Collect and record daily cash from delivery personnel and transport partners
• Process payments for inbound and outbound logistics transactions
• Reconcile cash and payment reports from warehouse and transport operations
• Maintain organized filing of delivery cash slips, invoices, PODs, and vouchers
• Assist finance team in verifying and entering payment records for freight and warehouse services
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely submission of documents
• Support monthly stock audits and reconcile COD cash collections
• Maintain accurate logs for driver payments, refunds, and petty cash transactions
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or finance training is a plus
• Strong numerical and calculation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel or similar data entry tools
• Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain finance preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
