Position Overview
As a Finance Executive focused on store and inventory operations, you will be responsible for managing goods receipt, storage compliance, and requisition posting, while maintaining accurate financial tracking in line with internal controls. The role supports cost efficiency and proper resource management within Jumeirah Burj Al Arab's finance and supply chain functions.
What You'll Do

• Ensure the store opens on schedule and adheres to all Jumeirah policies and quality standards
• Monitor stock levels using minimum and maximum thresholds, maintain par levels, and process timely purchase requests
• Receive and verify incoming goods, store items according to safety and categorization rules, and issue them using the FIFO method
• Post daily requisitions accurately in the system and track unavailable or delayed items in coordination with Supply Chain & Logistics
• Perform daily inventory checks and monitor storage temperatures regularly to maintain product quality
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, manage slow-moving or excess inventory, and follow up on returned goods and credit notes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a finance or inventory control role within hospitality or retail
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and documentation skills
