What You'll Do

• Lead annual stock counts and monthly physical inventory activities with precision and timely reporting.
• Coordinate daily bin correction and reconciliation processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee transactions in SAP/WMS, including SNP, SRNP, GIT, SLOC, GRN, and STO.
• Monitor aged stock and open transactions, ensuring compliance with timelines.
• Validate stock movements, track vendor stock, and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Maintain audit-ready records for stock adjustments, shrinkage recovery, and inventory operations.
• Supervise and mentor the inventory team, providing training on SAP/WMS and operational SOPs.
• Collaborate with IT/SAP teams to resolve system issues and improve automation.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement and dashboard reporting.

Ideal Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management within retail and warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in SAP (IM/MM), WMS, and advanced Excel reporting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications in Retail Management advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
