We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused
Cashier cum Customer Service Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle cash transactions accurately, provide excellent customer support, and ensure a smooth service experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
Handle cash, card, and online transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain cash registers and ensure all payments are recorded properly.
Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries or service requirements.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with other departments (sales, service, or accounts) for smooth operations.
Maintain daily sales reports and submit to management.
Ensure cleanliness and organization at the front desk/counter area.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service (preferably in automotive/service/retail industry).
Basic knowledge of accounting and POS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
