We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Case Processing Officer/Work Visa /PR Consultant

to manage and oversee the end-to-end visa and immigration application process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration case management, excellent organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of visa regulations and procedures. As a key member of our team, the Case Processing Officer will be responsible for assessing client eligibility, preparing and submitting applications, maintaining accurate records, liaising with authorities, and ensuring all cases are processed efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws.

Roles:

Manage end-to-end visa and immigration case files for clients. Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications before submission to authorities. Maintain compliance with immigration laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and prepare required documentation for visa/immigration applications. Liaise with clients to collect missing information or documents. Submit applications to relevant immigration authorities or embassies. Monitor case progress, track deadlines, and provide timely updates to clients. Communicate with government agencies or business associates for clarifications. Maintain accurate case records in internal systems. Handle escalations or additional document requests. Ensure confidentiality of client information.
