Immigration Case Manager

to support our executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage immigration case processing from start to finish Ensure all applications comply with immigration laws & regulations Communicate with clients, government agencies, and internal teams Supervise & train case processing staff Maintain accurate client records and track application progress Resolve client concerns & provide expert guidance Handling customers complaints. Stay updated on immigration laws, procedures, and regulatory changes. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure best practices.
