Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused

Client Service Manager

to join our dynamic immigration consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of immigration processes (especially for Canada, Australia, USA,UK, and Europe), and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process. Understand client profiles, advise on suitable immigration pathways, and guide them through documentation and application stages. Ensure timely communication and updates to clients regarding case progress, requirements, and deadlines. Coordinate with internal case managers, legal teams, and external partners (government and embassy contacts) to ensure smooth processing. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and follow-up notes. Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively work on service improvements. Provide regular reports to management on client feedback, service KPIs, and areas for improvement. Support marketing and sales teams by attending client consultations and helping convert leads to successful clients.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in client service or customer-facing roles, preferably in the immigration or consultancy sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. Knowledge of immigration policies and visa processes for major destinations like Canada, Australia, UK, etc. is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
