Key Responsibilities

Expert Case Management:

Manage comprehensive Canada and Australia PR application processes Handle Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), and Skill Select applications Conduct detailed client assessments and eligibility evaluations Prepare, review, and submit complete documentation packages Monitor application progress and provide timely client updates

Client Excellence & Support:

Provide expert consultation on Canada and Australia immigration pathways Guide clients through complex immigration requirements and timelines Address client inquiries with professionalism and expertise Maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and referrals Conduct detailed document verification and compliance checks

Quality Assurance:

Maintain 100% accuracy in application submissions Stay updated with latest Canada and Australia immigration policies Implement quality control measures to minimize processing delays Prepare detailed case documentation and progress reports

Required Qualifications

Essential Experience:

8-10 years proven experience in visa and immigration services Demonstrated track record of successful case completions Experience with immigration case management systems Bachelor's degree in relevant field Knowledge of other immigration destinations (UK, Ireland & New Zealand - Added Advantage) UAE-based candidates strongly preferred

Technical Competencies:

Proficiency in immigration documentation and form preparation Strong knowledge of points-based immigration systems Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems, immigration portals)

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Client-focused approach with professional demeanour

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
