Strong supervisory and team-management skills
Ability to read 3D drawings and AutoCAD technical drawings
In-depth knowledge of materials such as MDF, wood, metal, acrylic, etc.
Hands-on experience in cutting, assembling, and finishing works
Ability to manage workshop schedules and meet tight deadlines
UAE experience preferred
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
Supervise carpenters and fabricators in the workshop
Assign daily tasks and maintain proper workflow
Check technical drawings and guide team for accurate fabrication
Ensure quality control and finishing standards
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production head
Manage materials, tools, and workshop safety
Support on-site installation and dismantling when required
