Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to oversee carpentry teams and ensure high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, coordinate with project managers, and maintain safety and quality standards on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of carpenters and skilled workers. Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly carpentry activities. Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution. Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines. Monitor worker performance, provide guidance, and resolve on-site issues. Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. Enforce safety procedures and company policies on-site. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other departments as needed. Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a Carpenter and at least 7-10 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or vocational training in carpentry or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in carpentry, with supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
