We are currently hiring a Finishing Carpenter Supervisor with immediate visa transfer and NOC.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years GCC experience
in carpentry, joinery, or fit-out
Experience supervising carpentry teams
Strong knowledge of finishing standards and technical drawings
Immediate joining preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the finishing carpentry team on interior fit-out projects.
Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Review technical drawings, provide guidance, and resolve on-site issues.
Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with design specifications.
Train carpenters on proper finishing techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Ensure all finishes--including sanding, staining, polishing, and varnishing--meet high aesthetic and professional standards.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement for smooth material flow.
Report site progress, challenges, and material requirements in a timely manner.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization at all workstations.
