Booth setup and design
Team interactions with visitors
Product or service highlights
Crowd and atmosphere shots
Short interviews or moments (if needed)
Responsibilities:
Record high-quality video footage at the exhibition (few hours per day)
Capture creative B-rolls and key moments
Professionally edit the video into a 1-2 minute highlight video
Add logo animations, background music, and color grading
Deliver final video in full HD (and vertical format if needed for social media)
Requirements:
Proven experience in event or corporate videography
Access to professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment
Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
Ability to deliver polished, professional results on time
Deliverables:
One professionally edited highlight video (1-2 minutes)
Raw footages
Timeline:
Shooting: November 17-19
Doha Exhibition Center
Final video delivery: Within 3-5 days after the event
Compensation:
To be discussed based on experience and portfolio
