ABLE TO BOOK CARS, MAKE FILES AND FOLLOW UP PAYMENTS
Making outbound calls to build new and longstanding relationships with potential clients ,
Converting Sales Leads to Opportunities. ,
Responding to sales enquiries with quotation via email. ,
Administering sales orders by creating proforma invoices,
booking of vehicles where necessary. ,
Creating simple rental contracts. ,
Accurately updating internal systems. ,
Answering the telephone and greeting site visitors.
Generating Invoices with regards to delivery note.
Generating Local Purchase Orders to sub vendors.
Maintaining accounts
Sending out Statement of Payments & Payments follow up. (Emails and Visit)
Skills and experience: ,
Call handling experience in an Internal Sales or Customer Service role. ,
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. ,
A professional work ethic and an ability to meet deadlines. ,

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
