Join the hospitality team at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City as a Captain in the Sirocco restaurant. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the restaurant during assigned shifts
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain proper cash handling and banking procedures, including daily reports
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and equipment maintenance
• Assist in developing menus and wine lists in collaboration with management
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Lead and support colleagues, ensuring smooth service during peak periods
• Train new team members and promote a positive work environment

Ideal Profile

• Friendly and service-driven personality with strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work as part of a dynamic team
• Passion for food and hospitality with a willingness to learn and grow
• Fluent in English; other language skills are an advantage
