Job Overview
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth daily operations in food and beverage service by setting up tables, assisting the kitchen, replenishing stock, and maintaining cleanliness. This position plays a key role in creating seamless guest experiences and supporting the team behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist service team with setup and preparation of dining areas
• Support kitchen staff with timely delivery of items and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
• Replenish cutlery, crockery, and service tools as needed
• Follow hygiene and safety standards to ensure guest well-being
• Communicate courteously with guests and colleagues
• Uphold grooming standards and wear uniform professionally
• Move and lift items up to 50 pounds, including setup materials
• Respond to guest needs proactively when appropriate
• Perform additional support duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No prior experience required; hospitality or restaurant exposure preferred
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Willingness to assist across various food and beverage tasks
• Positive attitude and team spirit in a dynamic environment
• Basic reading and comprehension for menus and instructions
