Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly to ensure a pleasant and personalized dining experience
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while following brand service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including tables, service stations, and guest areas
• Demonstrate menu knowledge to provide recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and seamless service delivery
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures according to health and brand regulations

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience of at least one year in a similar food and beverage service role within a luxury hotel or restaurant
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional appearance
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
