What would you do?
You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture.
You will be aligned with our Recruitment vertical. Our services span across the entire accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, helping the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life \xe2\x80\x93 enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience.
You will be working as a part of the recruiting team which is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee full life cycle recruiting for all open positions at intern & analyst levels predominantly
Deliver and execute the successful design, implementation and management of programs
Develop a deep understanding of staff positions and establish partnerships with managers and department leaders
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with staffing agencies that are the most beneficial to the organization
Identifies and educates hiring teams on marketplace/talent/hiring trends
Develops and track firm-wide campus recruiting budget and evaluates for impact improvements in efficiency and cost effectiveness
Provide timely and meaningful metrics
Based on changing business needs, build new and strengthen current relationships with School Career Services, University Faculty, and targeted student organizations, student diversity groups
Candidate selection process (leading resume reviews, guiding interviewers, coordinating offers)
Evaluate success of recruiting season
Minimum 5 years of recruiting or related experience
Ability to quickly acquire an advanced understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems to educate and provide guidance to colleagues and clients
Analyze various university metrics (diversity representation, course of study, alumnae career preferences, etc) that allow for a robust school selection model
Develop tools and standards to ensure best practices across our campus approach
Partner with school team captains to ensure that we communicate our results/hiring statistics, successes, challenges across the school teams ensuring transparency with a view for continual improvement
Work to ensure that we are well connected and networked with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s diversity strategies and key organizations
