A Talent Sourcing Specialist within Boskalis, isn\xe2\x80\x99t a recruiter\xe2\x80\x99s sidekick. On the contrary, you will have a huge impact! We expect you to be a strategic partner, be creative and take the lead into further internationalization of Boskalis.

By scouting and sourcing globally for our most critical roles, you are at the base of worldwide dredging and offshore projects. For example, the project engineers you source help design and construct the new airport in Manilla, which will help create new jobs, attract investment, and boost tourism in the Philippines. Or the cost engineers you identify, calculate a competitive cost proposition which led to Boskalis being awarded the foundation scope for the Taiwanese Changfang and Xidao offshore wind farm.

Your responsibilities as a Talent Sourcing Specialist

• Identifying, mapping and sourcing of target groups for Boskalis critical positions.
• Interact, engage, and connect with platforms and events of interest, but also organize campaigns and events (in collaboration with employer branding and / or talent acquisition specialist).
• Advising as a strategic partner and act as a liaison between business, talent acquisition.
• Design and set up sourcing strategy and processes

Your qualities

You can make your mark as a Talent Sourcing Specialist if you will have:

• At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant work experience as a talent sourcer, agency or corporate recruiter.
• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in either a technical or a social domain.
• In-depth online search techniques & LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• The following personality: Great in prioritizing, pro-active attitude, optimistic point of view, self-starter, vision and excellent stakeholder management.

Extra information

• Your team: You will be located in our Abu Dhabi office but will be part of our global talent sourcing team. Our talent sourcing team consists of about 25 colleagues: talent acquisition specialists, sourcers, campus recruiters, a recruitment coordinator, employer branding specialists and the team manager.
• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of talent sourcing specialist is a fulltime job (48 hours a week).
• Procedure: All you need to do to apply for a job is to complete the online application form and send it to us along with your CV and cover letter. As soon as you have sent your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the job, we will invite you for two or more interviews via Microsoft Teams or at our office. If both sides are happy to proceed after interviews, we will make you an offer to join Boskalis.
