Requirements:
Manage day-to-day operations of the labour camp
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
Supervise camp staff and coordinate duty schedules
Maintain discipline and address employee concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Coordinate with management for camp-related requirements
Graduate qualification (any discipline)
Experience in managing labour camps or accommodation facilities
Good leadership and people management skills
Ability to handle administrative and operational tasks
Good communication skills
