We are currently seeking an experienced
Call Center Agent (Female)
to join our growing aesthetic clinic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in
dermatology and dental departments
within reputable clinics in the UAE, with a strong ability to
convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
Promote our dermatology and dental services with deep product knowledge and professionalism.
Convert leads into appointments with a
high booking rate
.
Maintain CRM records, schedule coordination, and client follow-ups.
Work closely with the front desk, marketing, and medical departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of
call center experience in aesthetic/medical clinics in Dubai
.
Strong knowledge of dermatology and dental services.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet booking targets.
Female candidates only (as per clinic preferences).
Immediate joiners preferred.
