We are seeking a friendly and experienced Call Center Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, manage client bookings, confirm appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. Experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls and provide information on services and promotions
Make outbound calls for reminders, follow-ups, and feedback
Manage appointments using the clinic's CRM system
Coordinate with reception and treatment teams
Address client inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and policies
Requirements:
Experience in a call center/front desk role (preferably in Aesthetic Clinic)
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Proficient in CRMs and booking tools
Professional, customer-focused, and well-presented

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
