In this role, you will support patients on their fertility journey with care, empathy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries with warmth, accuracy, and confidentiality
Provide information about services, appointments, and procedures
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate records in the patient management system
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
Follow up with patients as needed and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint
Support bilingual communication needs (Arabic/English) if applicable
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English is a strong advantage)
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centric approach
Ability to manage sensitive conversations with discretion
Proficient in MS Office and call-handling systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
