We are seeking a Call Center Executive to join our team and support our rapidly expanding customer base. As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for effectively managing inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, answering inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform customer verifications, update customer information, and process necessary transactions
  • Identify opportunities to promote and sell our financial products and services to customers
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service is provided to customers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
