Grand Stores LLC, one of the largest whole sale and retail distributor company in UAE, is inviting applications from experienced call center executives (Female Tagalog Speaker) for its service center situated in Dubai Investment Park. The right candidate must have at least 4 years experience in doing the responsibilities as under:
Attending the phone calls of customers and give necessary support to them
Completing necessary documentation in collection of products for servicing from customers
Coordination with technicians and customers for the products serviced in the service center.
Sending the products after repair to concerned persons/locations
Attending to the customers enquiries
Doing necessary documentation entries in the ERP system.
