Job Description

1. Job Responsibilities The Employee\xe2\x80\x99s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Sales & Revenue
  • Manage and respond to all Brau communication channels including phone, instant messaging, social media, walk-ins, and Google.
  • Take accurate bookings and change and cancel appointments.
  • Take client deposits where required.
  • Respond to all clients using the Brau sales script, verbiage, and tone of voice.
  • Respond to all clients confidently, professionally, and with courtesy as per Brau standards.
  • Support in developing and continuously improving Brau sales script and customer journey.
  • Convert all inquiries into an appointment.
  • Constantly find ways to upsell and cross-sell treatments.
  • Gain strong knowledge about Brau treatments, products and FAQs.
  • Describe & give information relating to our services & products using the correct verbiage as per Brau. standards.
  • Actively promote treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Constantly find ways to surprise and delight customers.
  • Call guest and confirm appointments daily.
  • To daily read the appointment schedule and customer profiles and add notes as required.
  • Managing customer profiles, ensure they are comprehensive and constantly populate their profiles with customer notes and data.
  • Handling customer complaints with empathy and courtesy and rectify accordingly.
  • Detail to guests what to expect during their experience and provide them with reading material (menu, styles, images).
  • To be fully aware of and to where possible take action or expedite all guest comments or concerns.
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the that require attention.
  • Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.
  • Handle highly confidential, sensitive and/or critical information, files, records and reports.
  • Follow up with customers as required.
Sales Reports & Analysis
  • Review and analyze monthly sales reports
  • Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators
  • Identify areas of improvement and action plan based on monthly reporting
  • Identify sales packages and promotions based on monthly reporting
  • Identify areas of improvement for artists in regard to sales and consultation
Training & Development
  • Assessing new staff members and onboarding them on Brau. services.
  • Provide training to new and junior sales and customer relationship management staff.
  • Provide training to Brau support staff as required to upskill their knowledge and provide customers with a seamless experience.
  • Support in conducting meetings as required.
