Call Center Agent

with previous experience in the

salon, beauty

to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of salon services, treatments, and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries regarding salon services, bookings, products, and promotions. Schedule appointments and manage bookings through the salon management system. Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and availability. Address customer concerns and ensure resolution to maintain satisfaction. Promote services, upsell treatments, and inform customers about special offers. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments. Collaborate with salon teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a

call center or receptionist role

, preferably within the

salon or beauty industry

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, salon services, and product offerings. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Customer-focused with a polite, professional, and friendly attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using booking software or CRM tools is an advantage. Currently residing in the UAE with valid employment eligibility.
