Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient and client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Schedule appointments and accurately update patient records.
Provide clear and detailed information about available medical services.
Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues following established policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in call centers within hospitals or medical clinics.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
Proficient in using appointment scheduling systems and desktop applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
