As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Input and maintain accurate customer information in the system.
Follow call center scripts and procedures to handle different situations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the mobile services industry.
Knowledge of mobile warranty processes and terminology.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
